The purpose of the Portuguese Canadian Walk of Fame (PCWOF) is to recognise and celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of Portuguese Canadians. The Walk of Fame, situated in the Little Portugal neighbourhood of Toronto, honours those who have achieved success in a variety of industries and fields, such as the arts, athletics, business, and community service, with monuments and plaques. The PCWOF hopes to encourage present and future generations of Portuguese Canadians and draw attention to the beneficial contributions made by the Portuguese community to Canadian society by honouring these contributions.
